A: This camera only supports 2.4Ghz WiFi, not 5Ghz WiFi. if your router supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi, please set 2.4GHz WiFi to configure the camera

 

Q: Why solar panels don’t charge or charge slowly?

A:Due to the working time of the device determines the life of the battery. The more frequently the device is woken up, the faster the battery will be consumed. So you can check whether the alarm notification is triggered too often.

And you can turn on the human detection switch in the motion detection setting and turn the sensitivity of the human detection to the maximum,and reduce the motion detection sensitivity of the device appropriately.
